We are delighted to have you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

Identification:
All guests must provide valid ID upon check-in.

Check-in times:
From 14h00 till 22h00
Late check-ins must be arranged, prior to arrival, with management.
​
Check-out times:
10h00 on departure day.
Arrangement can be made to leave luggage for collection later on same day.
Late check-out may incur additional charges.
​
While every reasonable precaution has been made to ensure the safety of our guests and their
belongings on these premises, the owners, and staff of Atlantic Waves Guest House will not be held responsible for any loss or damage or injury sustained by whatever cause.

Quiet Times: from 22h00 till 07h00
Please be mindful of noise levels.
​
Non-Paying Visitors are not allowed on site or make use of the facilities.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
​
Housekeeping & Cleanliness:
Room maintenance: Please keep rooms and common areas clean and report any breakages/damages/spillages to management.
​
No smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and all public areas.
Please smoke in garden and be mindful of other guests.
​
Food and Drink:
Excessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Avoid eating in bed to prevent stains and pests. Dispose of refuse properly.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
Safety & Security:
Keys and access: Lost keys may result in additional charges.
Do not share your keys with others.
Do not share security gate code with others.
Ensure to secure your room when leaving the premises.
Valuables: Atlantic Waves Guest House will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please make use of the safe provided in the rooms.
Do not use open flames (Candles, stove etc) inside the rooms.
Facilities & Common Areas:
Kitchen: For owners use only.
Microwave can be used to warm up food items.
BBQ on patio can be used for BBQing. BBQ will be cleaned by staff.
Please put any dirty dishes in the kitchen.
WIFI: High speed, unlimited WIFI is available to our guests.
No Illegal activities will be tolerated.
No Pets allowed.

Please do not remove the following off site without owners permission.
1. Cutlery, crockery, cookware, glassware etc
2. Or any other property belonging to the guest house.
​
Parking available on site:
Please be mindful of not obstructing other cars. Park within designated bays.
Please secure your belongings and lock your vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. If a booking is cancelled 21 days or prior – Deposit fully refundable
2. 20-14 days prior to arrival - 50% refundable
3. 13-0 days prior to arrival - Deposit is non-refundable
All cancellations to be in writing. No verbal cancellation will be excepted.

No Laundry Facilities on Site.
Laundry at Paddocks Shopping Mall : "Wøsh" or at the Stodels centre on Race Course road.
